A system and a method for offering an AD(Advertisement) message linked with a getting-off guide are provided to increase AD effect by transmitting the AD message corresponding to a destination while outputting the getting-off guide to passengers. An AD service server(300) provides a getting-off message and an AD message related to a destination to a service member. A destination register(360) stores destination information received from the member. A customer information database(320) stores customer information including the destination information. An AD message database(330) stores AD contents according to each getting-off station or bus stop. An AD message selector(370) extracts the AD message corresponding to the destination corresponding to the destination information from the AD message database. A location tracker(390) monitors whether a location of a member mobile terminal approaches the destination. A communicator(340) transmits the selected AD message to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal approaches the destination.
