A door trim fixing structure for a vehicle is provided to simplify assembling work and reduce the number of required parts by modifying the structure of a grommet. An "L"-shaped grommet(20) has a contact surface(20a) inserted into a door inner panel(1) and fixed to an inner side surface of a door trim(2) by a screw(2a). The grommet has a fixing protrusion part(21) protruded in the shape of longitudinally elongated plate by a predetermined distance from the contact surface so as to be inserted into an elongated rectangular hole of the door inner panel, and a protrusion protruded from the fixing protrusion part toward the contact surface so as to be secured in a foamed groove(1c) of the door inner panel.
