<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic still image pick up system which has simple configuration and is practically useful. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic camera comprises: an image generation means for generating L and R images of two image signals picked up in accordance with viewpoints of both left (L) and right (R) eyes for one object; an identification information generation means for generating identification information for discriminating both the L and R images; and a digital recording means for recording all the two L and R image signals and the identification information as one digital image file including the two image signals as main data and the identification information as attached data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
