<p>The present invention relates to keyboard for an electronic device, comprising a plurality of illuminateable keys, wherein each key is linked to at least one function, and wherein the keyboard has at least one illuminating device for selectively emitting at least one out of two or more colours, said illuminating device being adapted for illuminating one or simultaneously two or more keys of said keyboard (1). The invention further relates to an input device for an electronic device, whereby the input divide has such a keyboard (1) and a control unit for controlling said at least one illuminating device.
