A voltage regulator for magnetogenerator with configurable connection of phase winding is provided to supply electric power to battery in not only slow rotation of generator but also fast rotation of generator. A first half bridge rectifier(4.1) and a second half bridge rectifier(4.2) are connected between a battery(5) and a terminal of each phase winding(3A, 3B, 3C) of a magnetogenerator(1). A winding configuration control circuit changes a connection of the phase winding, and includes a plurality of switching devices(8). Each switching device has a first electronic switch(T1) and a second electronic switch(T2). The first electronic switch and the second electronic switch are connected with anti-parallel in one loop circuit. A pilot circuit(10) for the winding configuration control circuit is connected to a control electrode of the first and the second electronic switches of the switching device. A phase frequency detection circuit(9) activates the pilot circuit, and selectively changes a connection configuration of a winding in a predetermined critical value of a voltage frequency detected by a frequency detection circuit.
