A jig device for robot welding is provided to improve welding efficiency of the welding robot by moving a jig unit with respect to a base unit of the concerned process when welding a part using a robot system, thereby enabling a welding robot of the concerned process to be used commonly. A jig device for robot welding comprises a base unit(10) and a jig unit(30). The base unit includes a base frame(14) fixed to the floor of a workroom of the concerned process and consisted of a plurality of horizontal frames(11), vertical frames(12) and cross frames. The base frame has a position control unit and a clamping unit formed on each corner part of a top part thereof through a loading plate(15). The jig unit includes a jig base(31) controlled to a right position on a top part of the base frame by the position control unit and clamping unit. The jig unit includes lift units formed on lower parts of both side ends of the jig base to lift and lower the jig base.
