A manifold gasket for a vehicle engine is provided to prevent oil from a manifold gasket from being escaped by sealing a gasket unit between a cylinder head and a manifold. A manifold gasket for a vehicle engine comprises a gasket unit(100) sealing closely between a cylinder head and a manifold and maintaining airtight; and a rubber polymer(200) adhered to the edge of an air hole(110) of the gasket unit. In the center of the gasket unit, the air hole is formed. The rubber polymer is made from acryl or silicon material.
