PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film key sheet having a plurality of key tops functioning as operation keys and a film base sheet on which the key tops are placed, with the thin-film key sheet covering press button switches, wherein the key tops can be pushed down by a small force and a key top can be pushed down without interfering or flapping an adjacent key top and a frame sheet. SOLUTION: The thin-film key sheet is further provided with a film shape-maintaining sheet 17 laid on the base sheet 16 so as to cover the bottom face of the base sheet 16, and the shape-maintaining sheet 17 has, at partition positions between adjacent ones of the key tops 14, insulating slits 17a insulating stress generated along the surface of the shape-maintaining sheet 17 when the key tops 14 are pushed down.
