<p>The cable has a core comprising fuse-resistant wires (41) integrated with a non-metallic unitary structure (40). Strands extend along a longitudinal direction of the core, and are uniformly and concentrically distributed around the perimeter of the core, where the strands are made of conductive material e.g. copper. The wires are distributed into sub-assemblies that are stranded between them to form an overall helix. The wires of a same sub-assembly are helically stranded and placed inside a sheath (42) made of non-metallic material.</p> |
