A cement and ready mixed dry mortar carrying rack is provided not to overstress a waist disk or all parts of the waist by using plywood for a back holder not to overstress the spine, and to prevent cement from flowing out by manufacturing a loading section with steel. A cement and ready mixed dry mortar carrying rack comprises a shoulder section, a back holder section, and a strap portion, wherein the shoulder section is compressed with a press by using steel and rubber packing not to be extended straightforward, the back holder section is formed by using plywood not to overstress the waist, the loading section, which is the most important in carrying ready mixed dry mortar, is manufactured by using steel not to make cement stream down when loading, and the strap section is made of a strong string to make people support.
