A terminal device capable of packet data communication, a terminal device control station and a packet data network operating system controlling the terminal device at a remote place are provided to control PHY chip inner register related to the output of data and to control the terminal device at remote place by generating the signal of a specific pattern. A terminal device control station(100) comprises a signal pattern generating unit(130) and a controller(140). In case that there is failure in an Ethernet terminal apparatus(200) at a remote place, the signal pattern generating unit generates the specific signal pattern including a first signal interval and a second signal section according to setting up the output signal related register. The controller sets up a registered about output signal of the signal pattern generating unit in order to generate the signal pattern. The signal pattern generating unit includes a signal transceiver part(RJ45/Optic TRx/Coax)(110). The signal transceiver uint performs the Ethernet terminal apparatus and the packet data communications at remote place through a transmission media(UTP, Fiber/Coax). |
