A method for preparing polycarbonate/carbon nanotube composite particles is provided to obtain the sphere polycarbonate/carbon nanotube composite particles having uniform-size and to improve the mechanical and electric properties. A method for preparing the polycarbonate/carbon nanotube composite particles comprises (S1) a step for dispersing carbon nanotube in the water phase including a stabilizer; and (S2) a step for manufacturing the polycarbonate/carbon nanotube composite particles from the emulsion obtained by mixing the water phase dispersed with carbon nanotube and the organic phase dissolved with polycarbonate homogeneously.
