A mesh type cushion assembly of a chair and an assembling method for the same are provided, which enable to supply enough tensile force to the mesh member in the simple configuration. A mesh type cushion assembly of a chair comprises: a mesh member(100); an intermediate member(200) fixing the edge of the mesh member; a frame(300) and a cover(400) which are assembled to fix the intermediate member between them; a tension unit(500) which is equipped between the frame and the cover and provides the tensile force to the mesh member when the frame and the cover are assembled; and a connection unit(600) coupling the frame and cover.
