An installing device of a terminal for a vehicle has an effect of preventing injuries of a passenger due to the terminal. An installing device of a terminal(40) for a vehicle comprises a crash pad(20) in which a mounting groove(21) is formed, and a housing(30) which is rotatably inserted into the mounting groove, and into which the terminal is inserted. The mounting groove has rotary grooves(22) formed in both sides thereof. The housing has rotary shafts(32) formed on both sides thereof such that the rotary shafts are inserted into the rotary grooves. The housing has elastic protrusions(33) formed on both inner sides thereof. The terminal has catching grooves(43) formed in both sides thereof such that the elastic protrusions are inserted into the catching grooves.
