An apparatus for preparing the recycled aggregate for concrete comprises a housing which is provided with a pulverization space inside and has an input hole and an output hole; liners having the uneven parts on the surface; a drive unit; a plurality of pulverization rollers which pulverizes aggregate and polishes the surface of aggregate; a scrapper(60) which scratches the surface of the liners to remove the pulverized one of the uneven part; a case(62) fixed to the housing; an elastic member(61) which elastically supports the scrapper to the liner side; and a control knob(64).
