A method for broadcasting contents using a mobile terminal is provided to broadcast a user recording contents in real time. A communications device transmits recorded or stored files. If the file is real time contents, it is transmitted with higher priority than other files. At the same time, a user takes a picture of the photography display of the field and display of oneself and photographer assembles one contents. The user adds a part in the broadcasting program among the contents transmitted in the real life contents broadcasting server and editor is able to make for broadcast.
