FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for door leaves hinging. Hinge comprises upper and lower half-hinges. Lower half-hinge is arranged in the form of lower support bracket of parallelepiped shape in upper part, with two through holes for self-tapping screws and two dead holes for pins insertion. Lower half-hinge comprises two, convex and concave, parallelepiped-shaped forms with curvatures in the latter in corners. There is through technological hole of rectangular shape in the facet, which is rounded in the ends. In the second convex parallelepiped-shaped form there is through cylindrical hole with semicircular longitudinal slot. Through hole is diametrically located at crossing of internal cylinder surface and its longitudinal symmetry surface at nearby side of external facet. Internal dead indent is available for installation of support axial bushing. Upper half-hinge is arranged in the form of upper bracket of parallelepiped shape rounded in angles. Upper half-hinge has through hole of parallelepiped shape rounded in angles, with corrugations on internal surface and adjustment-rotary unit inserted in it. There are through holes arranged in the middle of short back side facet. Rectangular-trapezoidal groove is arranged along the whole length of side facet, which ends with volume configuration. ^ EFFECT: provides for reliability, accuracy and smoothness of hinge adjustment, simplicity of its installation. ^ 7 cl, 25 dwg |
