FIELD: medicine; pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: form for photodynamic therapy, including not polar porphyrinic photosensitinogen and one or more phospholipids which are steady at storage, is described pharmaceutical liposomal preparative without lyophilization. The liposomal preparative form contains therapeuticaly effective quantities of a photosensitinogen for intravenous introduction. The phospholipids can be modified means of pegylation, i.e., they contain polyethylene alcohol as a component of phospholipids. The formed liposomes contain not polar photosensitinogen in a membrane and are used for the joint referred action of not polar photosensitinogen and the second polar substance. In a case when preparative form contains monosaccharides or multinuclear alcohols, it can be effective lyophilized, thereby, keeping the size liposomal carriers and the maintenance therapeutically effective quantity of a photosensitising reagent. The invention also concerns to liposomal preparative form formed at a reconstruction by the water carrier.
