摘要 FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar power engineering. Water-based helium reclaim unit of for helium thermal power stations includes a heat retaining vessel located in the water environment filled with water as heat retaining material which bottom, walls and top covering are made of rigid foam heat insulating and floatable material fixed along the lateral perimeter by open-work base elements located in the heat-retaining environment. Water is used both as a transportable heat carrier and the main support base for upper heat insulating cover of the heat retaining vessel. On the heat-insulating upper cover of the heat retaining vessel, helium-absorbing boxes are placed, in whose inner cavity water circulates as a heat-carrier, each box being covered with the second transparent heat insulating box, containing closed heat-insulating aerial environment which is periodically pumped by a heat loss disposal system through the heat retaining vessel and which accommodates a built-in flat concentrator and sun rays conductor. Aforesaid boxes are heat-insulated from environment by transparent material and have a pyramid-shaped external helium concentrator placed mainly on them, with its lateral faces covering technological passages made between said helium-absorbing boxes, which also can be used for growing plants. Other vessels with the similar equipment and additional helium absorbing boxes on heat insulated supports are placed in parallel to the heat-retaining vessel directly in/on the ground with technological passages being made between them. The above-mentioned passages can be used for growing plants as well as for accommodating facilities intended for both power and economic purposes. The heat retaining vessels are equipped with circulation channels, through which heat energy is transmitted to consumers including means of heat and electric energy production. Water-based helium heat reclaim unit allows for producing heat energy for consumers and helium thermal power stations in allocated water area with high technical economic performances and can also be constructed as an environmentally safe helium boiler. ^ EFFECT: production of heat energy for consumers and helium thermal power stations in allocated water area with high technical and economic performances. ^ 7 cl, 5 dwg
