FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be used for early diagnostics of immunodeficient conditions on the basis of morphological research of a placenta at newborns with extremely low mass of a body - (ELBM). The essence of a way consists that specific volumes of a fibrinoid in a placenta and a lymphocytic infiltrate in its basal plate define. At specific volume of a fibrinoid peer or more than 3.4% and specific volume of a lymphocytic infiltrate peer or more than 2.3% diagnose immunodeficient conditions for newborns with ELBM.
