FIELD: electricity, physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic radiation source is made as multilayer structure comprising first layer of conductive ferromagnetic material, second layer of conductive ferromagnetic material under the first one, third layer of conductive ferromagnetic material under the second one. Material of the second layer differs from that of the first and third ones; spin resistance of the first layer material exceeds by at least 3 times spin resistance of the second layer material, and spin resistance of the third layer material exceeds spin resistance of the second layer material. ^ EFFECT: reaching maximally effective injection of spins by current through solid bodies contact and respective conditions being formulated for the first time. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
