FIELD: medical equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: medical diagnostic X-ray system contains X-ray emitter with flat-field collimator connected to high-frequency X-ray generator and programmable control unit with PC, control panel and video monitor, multielement linear or matrix X-ray detector connected to digital electronic system of image translation, recording and pattern generation connected to programmable control unit, the mechanical scanner with irradiation scanner input system and protective cabin with platform for patient's feet. Irradiation scanner input system contains coordinate measuring apparatus connected to scanner. The platform for patient's feet is steadily rotates by mechanical drive round vertical axis lying through central ray of X-ray beam, perpendicularly to X-ray beam plane. Coordinate measuring apparatus and a mechanical drive of platform are connected to programmable control unit to generate transverse tomographic section. Rotation axis of platform for patient's feet is displaced relatively to central X-ray along the line, perpendicular to central ray direction by value S<=R/2, where R=1sinalpha, L is detector length; 1 is distance from focus of X-ray tube to cross point of displacement line of rotation axis of platform for patient's feet and central ray projection to plane of this platform, f is focal length. ^ EFFECT: higher diagnostic accuracy and enhanced operation of the device due to improved performance of scanning system and higher patient's orientation accuracy relative thereto. ^ 2 dwg |
