The invention refers to emergency devices, and it can be used to move down people and loads from upper storeys of high-rise buildings in case of a fire or natural calamity. The purpose of the invention is to increase security, widen technical possibilities, improve operation of the device and increase functional possibilities. The offered device consists of a spool (1) onto which a cable (2) is spooled, a spool braking mechanism (3) which is connected to the spool (1) with help of a planetary mechanism (4). The braking mechanism (3) consists of a housing (5) which is formed of interconnected first (6) and second (7) flexible discs, between which a fixed disc (8) is located. The discs are fastened to a fixed axle (9). The inside of the housing (5) is filled with braking granule (10). The device contains a rescuing suspension (11) which is connected to the cable (2) and is either a triangular suspension (11.1) or a sack-shaped suspension (11.2). The triangular suspension (11.1) is constructed as an expanded triangle (12), at the apex of which crampons (13) of the triangular suspension are located. At the top end of the sack-shaped suspension (11.2) crampons (14) of the sack-shaped suspension are located, but at the bottom angles there are apertures (15). At points of heightened stress the triangular suspension (11.1) and sack-shaped suspension (11.2) have reinforcement bands (16). The offered device is depicted on Fig.1, Fig.2, Fig.3 and Fig.4. |
