WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, WIRELESS BASE STATION, AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION CONTROL METHOD

A wireless communication system, a wireless base station and a wireless communication control method are provided to confirm the continuity of packet data to a mobile station while the data is temporally transmitted between wireless base stations. A wireless base station(3-1) which starts to process the handover of a mobile station includes a call control processor and baseband processor. The call control processor and baseband processor adds a header, including transmission order information, to packet data transmitted to the mobile station, and then transmits the packet data to a destination-side wireless base station of the mobile station. The destination-side wireless base station(3-2) includes a call control processor and transceiver. The call control processor determines whether the transmission order is normal based on the transmission order information within the header. The transceiver transmits packet data in which the header is removed to the mobile station when the handover is completed.
