FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: examine tissues surrounding cupula of pleura and an apex of lung in a medial third of supraclavicular area of the neck lateral triangle during deep inspiration of the patient with the raised shoulder girdle. Thus change of surface of the triangle, a representing diverticulum on it in the form of the platen which is located from the clavicle middle upwards and medially in direction to trapezoid muscle and forms three zones in the lateral triangle, one of them is a medial part of a triangle, another represents the platen, and the third by the lateral part of the triangle, estimate as presence of pathology of an apex of the lung complicated by fibrous process. ^ EFFECT: acceleration of obtaining of preliminary results of diagnostics at the expense of simplification of diagnosing of fibrosis of apex of lung by means of simple methods. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex |
