A room temperature moisture curable hybride resin is provided to control the viscosity to improve the workability, to raise the elasticity of the hardened resin and to easily manufacture the resin having various ranges of elongation. A room temperature moisture curable hybride resin has a structure of the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A is selected from the group consisting of polyacrylate, polyether, polyester, polyurethane, polyoxyalkylene, polyolefin, polyorganosiloxane and their mixture and is a substitution radical having an average molecular weight of 5,000-60,000; R' and R'' are linear or branched (C1-C6) alkylene; R1' and R1'' are linear or branched (C1-C4) alkyl; X' and X'' are linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl; m and n are selected from 0-3, wherein m+n is an integer of 0-6.
