FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building, namely to technology of manufacture of flexible pipelines coiled from tape materials. Method of flexible pipeline manufacture comprises helical coiling of reinforcing element and tape onto mandrel, shaping of pipeline sleeve and its removal from mandrel, at that tape is pulled through friction mechanism, and in process of coiling is supplied to mandrel shaft in tightened condition, for coiling mandrel with shafts is used, at that shafts have modified surface, and t least part of them is connected to rotation drive, and part of flexible pipeline removed from mandrel is supplied to diverting mechanism, where it is additionally rotated and diverted, affecting by force, vector of which is directed along its axis. Device for manufacture of flexible pipeline comprises support, facilities of tape and reinforcing material supply, assembled mandrel, rotation drive, facility for connection of neighboring tape turns, mandrel is arranged in the form of independent adjusted unit installed in support in the required position, all mandrel shafts have modified surface, and at least half of them is connected to rotation drive via flexible elements of distributing unit, at that device is equipped with friction mechanism for tape tension and diverting mechanism connected to drive and installed with support on one frame. ^ EFFECT: reduction of finished product damage risk in process of its removal from mandrel, reduction of technological time of changeover for manufacture of air duct of different dimension type and expansion of technological resources. ^ 8 cl, 11 dwg |
