FIELD: motors and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to propulsion engineering, in particular, to fuel of diesel systems, and is intended for preparation of water-fuel emulsions. Device for preparation of water-fuel diesel emulsions with cam drive of plunger fuel injection comprises vortex chamber for emulsification, having form of narrowing nozzle revolution solid for supply of fuel and water; inlet passages for fuel and water; outlet passage for supply of emulsion into engine nozzle. Nozzles for supply of fuel and water are installed in upper part of vortex chamber and in tangential direction towards each other to arrange countercurrent of jets outflow and are additionally equipped with swirlers installed at their inlet. ^ EFFECT: high quality of emulsification, avoidance of expensive separate electric pump set application; increase of operation resource of fuel system and diesel as a whole. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
