FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method of liquid carbohydrates mixture processing with application of membrane separation into fractions, from initial mixture of liquid carbohydrates, mixture of light fractions is previously separated, supplying initial mixture with specified speed through membrane of organosilicon rubber that provides adsorption and diffusion of limit and cyclic carbohydrates with limited size of molecules, then mixture of light fractions is evaporated from external surface of membrane by action of controlled heating and vacuum, directed flow of their vapors is created, and benzene and diesel fractions are separated by temperatures of their boiling end. Invention is also related to device for processing of liquid carbohydrates mixture, which includes membrane device with working elements, elements of membrane device are arranged in the form of pipes made of organosilicon rubber of the following type: [-(CH3)2Si-CH2-] and [-(CH3)2Si-(CH2)8-Si(CH3)2-O-], structured by platinum catalyst. ^ EFFECT: increase of quality of end products of liquid carbohydrates mixture processing at minimum power inputs and material intensity of equipment. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg |
