The induction generator with excitation from constant magnets is offered. This generator consist of the stator with two teeth packages (1, 2) and the rotor with two teeth packages (3, 4). All packages are blended from electrotechnical steel. Between stator's packages (1, 2) two stator windings are symmetrically located, consistently included toroidal coils (5, 6). These coils through compensating condenser are connected to buses of an output voltage. In turn they are divided by a toroidal constant magnet (7), which is magnetized in a radial direction. The shunting package (8) without teeth is placed on a rotor opposite to a magnet, which package is separated from a magnet (7) by air gap. On surfaces of stator's packages (1, 2) and a rotor's packages (3, 4) teeth with identical teeth angular pitch on all packages are located. Thus, if teeth from rotor's package, for example, (3), are located against teeth from stator's package (1), teeth from second package of a rotor, for example, (4), are located opposite to slots between teeth of the second stator's package (2). The stator's case (9) is casted from an light nonmagnetic material, for example, aluminium alloy, where shunting longitudinal inserts (10) are stipulated. Similarly, the cylindrical case of a rotor (11) is made with shunting longitudinal inserts (12). The inserts (10, 12) are intended for removal of a magnetic flux from a magnet through stator' packages and back. The cylindrical case of a rotor (11) with three packages (3, 4, 8) is located on a shaft (13). The generator works as follows. If a rotor is rotated, a magnetic flux from a constant magnet (7), passing through a stator's teeth packages, becomes variable, keeping constant total value. Variable magnetic flux linkages of armature's coils 5, 6 induces emf and a voltage appears on an output of the generator. The compensating condenser which is adjusted in a resonance with a armature winding, raises a output voltage and power of the generator. As variable magnetic fluxes of a stator's package are displaced on a phase by 1800, a constant magnet is calculated by the sum of the maximal and minimal magnetic fluxes of one package. Therefore the weight of a magnet can be lowered considerably. Carrying out an armature winding from toroidal coils losses in copper are considerably reduced (2,5 / 3 times), the coils production technology become simpler and reliability grows. Thus the efficiency grows because of decrease of losses in copper.
|
