FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for rectification in carrier flow comprises a still with a heater made up of a casing with its inner space communicating with the condenser, a separator with hydraulic gate, lines feeding separately the initial mix and carrier, collectors of the product and the carrier. The aforesaid lines pass through the heater, the still casing representing a vertical column separated, in height, by horizontal partitions into contact zones communicating via outside overflow pipes. Horizontal partitions are furnished with vertical plates forming zigzag pathways accommodating condensers representing ribbed pipes. Every aforesaid pipe is furnished with a heat exchanger and a separator, each representing a shell-and-tube heat exchanger with tubular spaces communicating with the lines feeding the initial mix and carrier while outside of tubes, on the one side, communicating with the condensers, and, on the other side, with the collectors of the product and carrier. ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption, higher efficiency of separation. ^ 2 dwg |
