A heating mat is provided, in which the heat generated in a heater is emitted by the heat dispersion unit and is uniformly diffused throughout the human body. A heating mat comprises: an adiabatic material(13) for preventing the heat from being flowed out through the body; a heater(15) which is equipped inside the adiabatic material, and generates the heat by using the electric heat; a reflector(14) which is installed at the lower part of the heater, and reflects the generated heat in the heater; a heat dispersion unit which receives heat reflected in the reflector and diffuses the heat toward the pad; an electromagnetic wave shielding board(19); a safety plate which covers the adiabatic material region; and a pad(12) connected to the body.
