<p>The invention relates to the filtering of liquids and gases and solution of ecological problems, in particular to filters with definite penetrability. Its purpose is an expansion of the field of application of filters, reduction in labor expenses on them production, the expansion of the range of sizes and the waste management of the metals. The solution proposed provides that the filter has the permeable element, which is made from one or several layers of metallic tape, on surface of which from one or both sides perpendicular to its surface are fixed the rods of the equal length. In this case metallic tape can be preliminary perforated, for example by the method of sheet stamping. Tape can be convulated into the spiral, for example cylindrical either square form. The rods can be executed in the form the nails of cylindrical, square or other form, hanger bolts. On the rods can be attached plate from the biological active material. The filler from the powder or sheet material preliminarily can be placed on the tape. In the comparison with today the filters used proposed solution gives the following advantages: technical, since is ensured the possibility of the production of filters with the permeable elements and the rods on them of complex forms both lengthwise and in the section; economic, since it makes it possible to decrease labor expenses for the production of the permeable elements; ecological, since they make it possible to use technological withdrawals of in the form perforated sheets or tape.
