摘要

An ondol-type fermentation device for cheonggukjang (thick soybean paste) is provided to obtain the cheonggukjang having improved and constant taste and perfume. An ondol-type fermentation device for cheonggukjang comprises a wooden box; and an ondol device (electrical panel) which is formed in the wooden box. The internal and external temperature, humidity and air of the ondol device are controlled artificially for the stable fermentation condition.
