An organic insulation layer is provided to ensure low permittivity, excellent thermal stability and low water absorption rate, and to minimize the influence on the other film. An organic insulation layer comprises a polymer composition indicated as the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, n and m are a positive integer lager than 1; R1 is any one atomic groups indicated as the chemical formula 2; and R2 is an atomic group indicated as the chemical formula 3.
