A windows type interior led panel for scenery lighting is provided to secure a right to enjoy sunshine and to view in daytime and display image at night by installing a glass as finishing material with windows type. In a windows type interior led panel for scenery lighting, a rigid frame(10) is installed at the exterior window of the inside of building. The rigid frame is inserted in the window frame supporting the window. The first opening(11) is formed in the central part of the rigid frame. The extension frame(20) is formed in the outer circumference of the rigid frame. The door(30) is installed at one side of the first opening so that it is rotated. The first opening is opened and closed with door and the second opening(31a) is formed in the central part of door. A plurality of lattice type RGB LEDs(40) is arranged in the front side of door and rigid frame. The LED controller indicates the scene lighting and advertisement sentence by the building outside through controlling the RGB LED.
