A method for constructing the system for calling a proxy driver by using a point-of-sales system is provided to call a proxy driver immediately by using the point-of-sale system of a store. A point-of-sales(POS) system requests an information input on a proxy driver call screen(100). A POS relaying server receives the inputted information through a network, searches registered proxy driver call systems, and then connects to a searched proxy driver call system(200) to transmit the inputted information to the system(300). The proxy driver call system selects a proxy driver based on the inputted information, and then transmits the inputted information to a mobile terminal of the selected proxy driver(400).
