A teller automation system is provided to remove inconvenience of waiting in a line and making the customer present customer information to a teller by using an IC chip or an RFID(Radio Frequency ID) of the customer. A visiting customer information database(120) stores customer information corresponding to customer ID information obtained from an IC chip or an RFID tag of a customer. A visiting customer information generator(110) generates visiting customer information by assigning a serial customer number to the customer information extracted or checked from the visiting customer information database. A customer ID information processor(105) provides the serial customer number or the visiting customer information to a teller signboard when the serial customer number assigned to the customer is generated in the teller terminal. A visiting customer information processor(115) transmits the extracted or checked customer information to a teller terminal for meeting the customer.
