A turbo machine in which the rotor shaft is short and the rotor is lightweight in order to improve the operation speed and the axial magnetic bearing has a proper size in order to absorb high constant pressure and dynamic pressure and axial propulsion force is provided. A turbo machine comprises a housing(2), an electric apparatus(3), a rotor shaft(4) supported in the housing so that the rotor of the electric apparatus is installed on the rotor shaft, a centrifugal impeller(5) is installed on at least one end of the rotor shaft, and a magnetic bearing half(6), acting on an inner surface(7) of the centrifugal impeller, installed on the impeller side wall of the housing. |
