A system for setting a limit amount to a cooperated card is provided to reduce time needed for issuing a plurality of cooperated cards of each card company in a card issuer by lending a predetermined amount of card numbers to the card issuer. A card number assigner(225) assigns one of card numbers lent/registered to a cooperated card company or collected by a cooperated card registration request to a cooperated card number of a cooperated card when the cooperated card registers the cooperated card. A consortium information generator(230) generates cooperated card information including the assigned cooperated card number. A use limit setting unit(235) sets up a use limit amount and approval target information to the cooperated card based on money deposited to a card company by the cooperated company. An information storing unit(240) links/stores the cooperated card information, the use limit information, and the approval target information to a storage medium. |
