A ground apparatus for an electric wire is provided to support an electric pole at front/rear sides and induce a ground lead line and a drop line safely to the ground, thereby preventing the short between the drop line and the ground lead line. A distribution line ground device comprises a ground rail frame(10) and front and rear electric pole support frames(20,20a). The electric pole(30) is mounted on the ground rail frame. Grounding is made by the front and rear electric pole support frames in the ground rail frame. The front and rear electric pole support frames support the electric pole at the front/rear sides. Drop lines(24a,26b) and a ground lead line(23e) are connected and fixed on an upper end of the front and rear electric pole support frames.
