The frame has a rod (5) provided at the middle of an interior face of each length of the frame, and an external lateral hook (8) placed at a lower part of each width of the frame. The rod is oriented towards the bottom. The lateral hook blocks two handles of the bag. The axle has a fixed or adjustable plate (9) for supporting weight of the filled bag.
