An injection mold for core replacement is provided that the core is settled through the lever part and is easily put into and separated since the pivoting lever part is added to the upper and lower mold. An injection mold for core replacement comprises an upper mold(100) including a top plate(10) and an upper fixed block(20) combined in the top plate, a lower mold(200) including a bottom plate(30) and a lower fixed block(50) combined in the bottom plate, a cavity block(300) including top and bottom cores(80,90) which is combined in upper and lower fixing block, and forms cavity. The upper and lower fixing block includes a fitting unit which is formed so that top and the bottom cores are slide-combined, a lever part(60) which opens and closes the opening, and in which the barrier groove part(61) is formed, a hitching bar(70) which fixes the top and bottom core, and which is fixed on the barrier groove part of the lever part.
