A multilayered Braille block for the visually impaired using regenerated thermoplastic elastomer and the manufacturing method thereof are provided not to occur deviation in the size and weight of a lower layer by inputting a mixture in the fixed quantity always and injection-molding, and to have no necessity of an additional progress and to reduce the cost of equipment by forming an upper layer and a lower layer by injection molding. A multilayered Braille block(100) comprises an upper layer(110) provided with one or more upper Braille portions(111) projected upward and one or more connecting projections(113) inserted to retreated grooves of a lower layer, and made of thermoplastic elastomer, and a lower layer(120) coupled with the upper layer, provided with retreated grooves(125) to insert the connecting projections of the upper layer and one or more drain grooves(123) in the opposite direction to the retreated grooves, and composed of a mixture of plastic resins and thermoplastic elastomer, or, plastic resins and rubber. |
