Described is a rotating mill with noise and vibration suppressor for reducing large wood and plastic objects, the mill being mobile and able to capture pieces of up to three meters long and twenty centimetres of diameter, reducing the pieces down to diameters lower than a half inch and subsequently placing them into containers. The operator located in a cabin at the upper part of the device captures pieces with a mechanical jaw and deposits them in a rotating container with knives and extracting helicoidal screws. The pieces are reduced and passed through a screen having apertures of half inch of diameter. The destroyed pieces are finally transported by a conveyor belt to a container. The inventive device is able to process at least 100 m3 (without being compressed) per hour (effective) of wood chips or plastic. A foldable conveyor belt is useful for transporting the resulting mill product.
