A patch capable of preventing generation of interference between frequency bands, antenna having the same, and frequency tuning method thereof are provided to select frequency band of antenna by changing connection position of first radiation pattern and second radiation pattern. A patch(20) for an antenna of a mobile terminal comprises a first patch(30) and a second patch(40). A slot(32) is formed in a central part of the first patch. The second patch is installed inside the slot of the first patch with a formation capable of rotating. One side of the second patch is connected to a first patch part inside a rotation radius of the second patch. The first patch comprises a first patch body(31), a first radiation pattern(33), and a power feed pin(35). The first patch body has a first side(31a) and a second side(31b) opposed to the first side. The first radiation pattern is formed on the first side of the first patch body. The slot is formed in the first radiation pattern. The power feed pin is connected to the first radiation pattern, and is protruded on the second side of the first patch body.
