<p>The device has friction surfaces made of flexible rubber and applied on four wheels (13). Wire clamps (7) fix lever arms (5) to a cable (8) whose ends are hooked to control levers (11) mounted on handles (12). The levers activate two braking axles to apply brake to the wheels at a same time. The braking axles are centered between the respective wheels pairs, and wedged/slightly displaced with respect to their horizontal alignment axles.</p> |
