NAVIGATION HAVING DIRECTION INDICATING FUNCTION USING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

A navigation having direction indicating function with LCD panel is provided to easily inform driver progressive direction by flashing LCD panel according to progressive direction of vehicle. A GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver receives vehicle auto-navigation information including position and speed of a vehicle from the GPS. An event receiver receives event information like advertisement. A CPU(Central Processing Uint) outputs a vehicle direction by a destination which is set up by using the vehicle auto-navigation information received through the GPS receiver. The CPU outputs the event information received through the event receiver. A display part(40) outputs the progressive direction, the vehicle auto-navigation information, and the event information according to control of the CPU. A LCD panels(50, 51, 52) output the progressive direction of the destination and output of the display part by controlling the CPU. An event LCD panel(53) informs driver output state of the event information by controlling the CPU. An input part(60) sets up the destination by calculating the progressive direction and the vehicle auto-navigation information. A memory part stores map information. A power supply part supplies power source for all operations of the navigation.
