A device, a system, and a method for enabling a contents user to offer contents of a media server through an RSS(Really Simple Syndication) reader are provided to enable the contents user to display the contents of the media server through the RSS reader by representing the contents of the media server in RSS. An RSS converter(210) converts contents information collected through browsing or searching action into an RSS type. A web service unit(220) provides RSS data generated from the RSS converter to the outside. A media server controller(213) requests browser or search action to a media server. The RSS converter converts the contents information collected through the browser or search action into the RSS type. An RSS storing unit stores the converted RSS information. A UPnP(Universal Plug and Plug) CP(Contents Provider) stack(214) discovers a media server through a discovery process and transmits the action to the media server by an action request of the media server controller. A contents storing unit(223) stores contents corresponding to the collected contents information. An RSS storing unit(222) stores the converted RSS information.
