A retaining wall using mountain stones is provided to connect mountain stones constructed at the front and soil nails of a cutting plane using wires, and to connect soil nails and wires strongly. A retaining wall using mountain stones comprises a wall formed by piling up mountain stone layers and square stone layers, composed of square stones(20) and mortar(22) and formed to maintain the width at above the appointed value by the thickness of mortar filled, alternately in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, support concrete(30) fixing mountain stones of the mountain stone layer by placing concrete on the lower part of the wall, a wire mesh arranged on the rear of the wall, shotcrete(42) placed to fix the wire mesh on the rear of the wall, a rubble layer(54) providing a drainageway by filling up the rear of the shotcrete with rubble, soil(70) filled between the rubble layer and a cutting plane, a soil nail(80) inserted to the cutting plane, a connector(82) having a loop exposed to the outside of the cutting plane, a joint forming a groove in one or more of the mountain stones and the mortar and containing a set anchor and a turnbuckle, and a wire connected between the turnbuckle and the loop of the connector. |
